Domestic Deliveries
Yoganic delivers Australia wide using Australia Post's Express Post delivery service, offering a flat delivery charge of $9.95 for overnight delivery on all orders.
To ensure your orders are delivered safe and secure, we recommend that you use your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.
You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.
Every attempt will be made to have your order delivered the next day, otherwise delivery time may take up to 2-5 business days depending on your location.
International Deliveries
A flat delivery charge of $28.95 applies to all international orders.
Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days.
Refunds and Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned with a copy of the original invoice and returns form included. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs for unwanted goods are not pre-paid and the postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility. There are no refunds or returns on items on sale. Discounted items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is of greater value, the balance payment must be made to Yoganic before the item is sent to the customer.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective goods may be returned and will be replaced or refunded at no charge if returned in their original condition. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs for incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be refunded to you along with the total cost of the original order.
Accessories purchased online can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition. An exchange or credit note will be issued if the items are returned within this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.
Yoganic only supplies 100% authentic products. As a demonstration of our confidence in this matter we offer a 100% money back guarantee on any product purchased that is found not to be completely authentic. For example, if a product for which you paid $50 is found not to be authentic we will refund to you $50 plus all shipping costs.
Reduced or sale items
These items are not refundable or exchangeable for other items or for an online credit note.
Returns Instructions
Firstly, please either email us or phone on 613 8420 5520 to let us know that we may expect a returned parcel from you. We will send out a returns form and supply you with the return postal address. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. When returning the product the goods must be packaged to prevent (additional) damage and sent via registered post (or other secure method of delivery).
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you choose to make an exchange for an item of equal or greater value than the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
